We only sell genuine gemstones, and every piece comes with its own certificate of authenticity. Buyer’s tip: Elsewhere look out for words like ‘created’, ‘lab’ or ‘simulated’, these are manmade and not authentic.

What carat weight is the gemstone?

As we take you direct to the source, with us you will typically get far more carats for the price you spend. Buyer’s tip: Make sure you consider the carat weight on sale, generally speaking the bigger the carat, the more valuable the gemstone.

What treatment has the gemstone undergone?

We always disclose when our gemstones are enhanced. Buyer’s tip: It is important to know what treatment a gemstone has had, as this can alter their value and heavily enhanced gemstones may require special care.

What is the jewellery made of?

We inform you of the type and weight of precious metal used. Buyer’s tip: Believe it or not, some well-known retailers will claim a metal to be gold or silver, when actually they are just referring to the colour of the plating.
