What treatment has the gemstone undergone?

We always disclose when our gemstones are enhanced. Buyer’s tip: It is important to know what treatment a gemstone has had, as this can alter their value and heavily enhanced gemstones may require special care.

What is the jewellery made of?

We inform you of the type and weight of precious metal used. Buyer’s tip: Believe it or not, some well-known retailers will claim a metal to be gold or silver, when actually they are just referring to the colour of the plating.
